The old cliché tells us to never judge
a book by its cover. Jolly Jolly Lester epotomises just that. What
appears to be just another restaurant by the side of the Vagator
beach road is actually a full-fledged hotel.
A breezy restaurant with thatched palms covering the roof, serves
as the reception area. The most incredible aspect of Jolly
Jolly Lester is that despite the restaurant being a stone’s throw from
the main road, the sound of traffic is drowned out by the sounds
of nature.
The chirping of the birds, the crackle of a cricket and the sound
of a gently breeze blowing through the forest of trees, that
border the
hotel, are just some of the sounds that capture your imagination.
Take a walk down the stone steps towards the 11 rooms that serve
as a home-away-from-home for discerning visitors. Walk through
the Buttercup
Arch watching colourful butterflies flitting away in the warm
sunlight… paradise!
